We want you to love your scent, but if it's not a perfect match, we offer easy returns on all full-size products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that discovery sets and travel sizes are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original boxes.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
